Pricing First we begin with our free, no obligation "over the telephone" estimate. We'll start by determining the level of services needed. Next, we'll give you an estimated price based on those needs. Of course, this price is based on your home being in average condition and the rooms being of average size. We will finalize the estimated price with a "walk-through" so that we can make sure we meet your requirements as much or as little as you need. What if you've been really busy and your house is not quite up to the standards you would normally keep it at? No problem! Unlike a lot of other services, we won't automatically double or triple the price for a first time cleaning. We only charge extra for the areas that require extra cleaning. We'll also work within your budget requirements, if necessary, so that the extra work and charges can be spread out over several weeks.
